Platform Services

• Health information and educational content
• Telemedicine consultation facilitation
• Health assessment tools and calculators
• Appointment scheduling and management
• Health record organization and storage

Service Limitations

• No emergency medical services - call 911 for emergencies
• Cannot prescribe controlled substances
• Limited to non-emergency consultations
• Subject to healthcare provider availability
• May not be available in all geographic locations

Emergency Situations

Account Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
• Protect account credentials and notify us of unauthorized access
• Provide truthful health information to healthcare providers
• Comply with healthcare provider instructions and recommendations

Prohibited Activities

• Sharing false or misleading health information
• Attempting to obtain controlled substances inappropriately
• Harassing or threatening healthcare providers or staff
• Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempting to breach security or access unauthorized data

Content Guidelines

• Do not share personal health information of others
• Respect privacy and confidentiality of all users
• Report inappropriate content or behavior
• Follow community guidelines in forums and discussions

Provider Requirements

• Must maintain valid medical licenses and certifications
• Must comply with applicable medical practice standards
• Must maintain professional liability insurance
• Must follow HIPAA and privacy regulations

Professional Standards

• Provide care within scope of practice and expertise
• Maintain appropriate patient-provider relationships
• Document consultations and recommendations properly
• Report adverse events and safety concerns

Key Privacy Commitments

• HIPAA-compliant handling of protected health information
• Secure encryption of all data transmission and storage
• Limited data sharing only as authorized or required by law
• User control over personal information and privacy settings

Liability Limitations

• Platform provided "as is" without warranties
• No guarantee of continuous or error-free operation
• Healthcare providers are independent contractors
• Users assume responsibility for medical decisions

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination Rights

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Healthcare providers may end patient relationships per professional standards
• Termination does not affect completed transactions or legal obligations

Effect of Termination

• Access to platform services will be discontinued
• Health records may be retained per legal requirements
• Outstanding payments remain due
• Certain provisions survive termination
